THRIVE is my “start here” course and is perfect for anyone who is just starting out on their health journey, or who feels like their foundations (sleep, nutrition, stress management, hydration, etc.) need a little support. It’s also the most cost-effective way to work with me at this point!

My 1:1 services start at $500/month, but with THRIVE, you get a month’s worth of information and education to deepen your understanding and solidify your foundations of good health. Who knows, you may not even need functional testing or 1:1 support after 28 days of THRIVE!
Is testing included?
There is no functional testing included as part of this program. However, I will gladly make recommendations if you feel additional testing would be helpful to uncover the root cause of any lingering symptoms once the program is over. As part of the program, I also provide you with a list of functional labs that I recommend to all clients, and you’re welcome to have your doctor run those labs. I cannot order or review labs for you as part of this program to make customized supplement recommendations, but you can sign up to work 1:1 with me if you’d like that support.
